A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. A refundable security deposit of €300 is charged at booking and returned within 7 business days after check-out, pending damage inspection.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (SEPA), PayPal, credit/debit card (Stripe). All prices in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes.
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00. Smart lock code provided 24 hours before arrival via email. Late check-out subject to availability (€30/hour). Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damages up to €300 are deducted from the security deposit. Damages exceeding €300 are invoiced separately with photographic evidence. The owner conducts a check-out inspection (may be remote via photos).
The owner is not liable for loss or theft of guest belongings. Property insurance is maintained but guests are recommended to obtain personal travel insurance.
Personal data is used solely for this rental agreement and legal compliance (Spanish tourist registration). Data is stored securely and retained for the legally required period (3 years). Data is not shared with third parties except as required by Spanish law. Guests may request access, rectification, or deletion of their data at booking@xposure-veraplaya.com.
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almería, Spain.
By making payment, the guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
